SP nominates Amar Singh to Rajya Sabha

Amar Singh has finally got some good news to look forward to. Samajwadi Party has nominated him for a Rajya Sabha seat. Though there were speculations that few leaders of the party objected to Amar Singh's re-entry into SP during the parliamentary board meeting, party sources dismissed them as just rumors.

Amar Singh was expelled from the party for 6 years in February 2010. Ever since the period got over this year, there have been speculations of his return to the party. While in SP, Amar Singh was not only a Rajya Sabha but also a member of the party's central parliamentary board.
