Rich MPs Ruining Democracy

The recent scenes at the parliamentary sessions has put the nation and the system under serious threat. The unruly behaviors or some MPs in the mask of doing good to people does have a great impact on a common man's life. People are now afraid about the future of this nation. If we dig in a bit more deeper into this issue, it is clear that most of the MPs who are creating this drama at the parliament are from a capitalistic background. They are more concerned about themselves than the welfare of people.

These MPs are only conscious about amassing their properties and protecting their existing assets. They want to be a part of politics and retain their post in order to avoid any trouble. These MPs seem to least bothered about their responsibility in the society. Apparently, their only aim is to reap electoral benefits. Some MPs even created a cheap image of themselves by stooping too low in their activities.

Thursday's session at Lok Sabha did seem very disturbing. Ideally, leaders who are seen violating rules should be refrained from contesting in elections. But seems like our constitution is incapable to bring in a new amendment of this sort. Success or failure of T Bill is secondary now. The fate of people seems to be like a cat on the wall !!! May god save this nation !!!
