Microsoft buys LinkedIn for $26.2 Billion

Satya Nadella headed Microsoft will acquire LinkedIn at $26.2 billion for $196 per share in an all-cash transaction. LinkedIn will retain its distinct brand, culture and independence. Jeff Weiner will remain CEO of LinkedIn, reporting to Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft. This is what Satya Nadella had to say about the deal:
