KVP files petition in HC for stay

Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra rao has filed a petition in state high court seeking a stay order on his arrest with Interpol’s Red Corner notice issued against him in connection with Titanium scam. Earlier, when the news broke about the US court in Chicago allowing the investigating agency FBI file case against KVP and five others, then KVP stated that he is innocent and did no wrong. He demands them to reveal their reports about the scam. However, when the US agency served red corner notice through Interpol, he now files petition in High Court seeking a stay on his arrest.
