Followers of Kodali Nani, TDP Clash in Gudivada

Telugu Desam Party meeting held at Gudivada to discuss aftermath effects of local TDP MLA Kodali Nani joining the YSR Congress party has turned in to a fiasco. The meeting was presided over by Machilipatnam TDP MP Konakalla Konakalla Narayana Rao and was attended by both Nani's followers and TDP loyalists along with the district leaders.

When Krishna district TDP general Secretary started speaking against defected MLA Kodali Nani, one of his follwers Arjunudu obstructed the secretary's speech. This enraged TD loyalists and they chased away Nani followers from the meeting. Even after thrown out of the meeting hall, Nani followers gathered in front of the meeting venue and protested against party for allaging that their leader has sold himself to YSRCP. This led to a clash between the TD leaders and Nani followers. Thereafter police reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
