Did Kavuri know about bifurcation well in advance?

Congress MLA Veerasiva Reddy, while resigning to his post and party some weeks ago has accused that many of the Seemandhra Union Ministers and MPs are well aware about bifurcation decision long ago, but kept it under wraps to avoid embarrassment before media and public. However, then no one has lend an ear to him, believing it is a routine allegation anyone normally makes while quitting his post.

However, if one could remember that Union Minister Kavuri Sambhasiva rao was first inducted in to CWC but within three four days he quits it stating that he is not willing to hold dual posts, Veerasiva Reddy’s allegations seems to be genuine. So, if we see Kavuri’s sudden exit from CWC, it can be understood that Kavuri, who realized bifurcation is inevitable has simply shrugs off his CWC post to avoid embarrassment before public and media, otherwise no Congress man will ever leave such a honor of being a member of Congress party’s highest policy making body.

Probably all other MPS and Union Ministers also might have known about their high command’s decision well in advance but kept it to their hearts and have been playing drams to impress Seemandhra people.
