The latest development in state politics is summoning of CM Kiran Kumar Reddy by party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh to New Delhi for conducting a co-ordination committee meeting with the state Congress ministers. CM Kiran Kumar Reddy’s rebellion against high command’s decision and the number of complaints being made by T-Congress leaders and Ministers, might have obliged the high command to summon CM Kiran Kumar Reddy to New Delhi, otherwise generally the co-ordination committee meetings are used to hold at Hyderabad only.
CM Kiran Kumar Reddy has been asked to make himself available by Friday evening that is a day after GoM final meeting. Hence, it would be very significant meeting as he may be asked to fall in line with party and shoulder the responsibility of passing the T-bill/draft in the state Assembly. If, he shows any reluctance to obey the party orders, then how the Congress high command is going to handle the situation is interesting to know.
