Chandrababu reasserts on crop loans waiver

 

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, who is currently visiting in West Godavari district, rubbishing the opposition allegations, reasserted that his government is committed to its promise on crop loan waiver. He said “First we are trying to reschedule the crop loans so as farmers can get fresh loans immediately. Today also I talked with RBI Governor over this issue. I am sure RBI will come up with some official announcement on loans reschedule very soon.”

 

Although, his tour to the districts is intended to connect with the people, it is also to be seen in response to the criticism from opposition parties, which blames him for running the government from remote place and staying away from the people. There was growing demand for shifting of the government administration into AP immediately to enable people approach the government. Chandrababu Naidu said that he also eager to shift into the state, but forced to cling to Hyderabad because there is no required setup for shifting the government administration. He said that once the capital issue is sorted out, shifting and construction activities will kick starts in full swing.
