Time to clean TTD Board: Chandrababu

Chandrababu Naidu has visited Tirumala and offered prayers to Lord Sri Venkateswara yesterday. Later speaking to media “I think TTD Board has to be completely cleaned from top to bottom. During last ten years, they tarnished the image of this holy place. I will completely revamp the board so that these holy seven hills echo with Govinda Nama Smarana and nothing else”, said Chandrababu.

So, TTD Board members lead by former Congress MP Kanumuri Bapiraju should quit their posts on their own or else they may be asked to step down very shortly. During last ten years of Congress members ruling, even in Tirumala several scams in selling of tickets for Arjita Seva, gold and silver dollars selling, calendars sale and many other scams have been reported. TTD even fails to prevent sale of liquor and meat on the holy hills. It simply turned blind eye on water crisis and red sandal wood thefts on the holy hills. However, the ruling Congress government has never bothered to take action against any one because TTD Board is controlled by its own party MP Kanumoori Bapiraju. Chandrababu may revamp the TTD Board soon after he assume power as CM of the state.
