CBI files Charge sheet against home minister Sabita

Come it may state government or central government there seems no end to scams and corrupt practices. While, the Congress lead UPA is hitting the media head lines at regular intervals with one scam or the other, the ministers in the state government have been listed in CBI charge sheets.
Today, former Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi’s name once again has surfaced in Wiki Leaks cables for playing middle man role for a Swedish Air craft Company. At state level Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy’s name is appeared in CBI charge sheet as 4th accused in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s illegal assets case.
CBI has filed charge sheet against the then Mining Minister and present home minister Sabita Indra Reddy for allocating 407 acres of land to Dalmia Cements, which in return has invested Rs.95 crores in Jagan’s companies. CBI told the court it is going to file separate charge sheets against the five cements companies which benefited from late YSR government and invested amounts in Jagan’s companies as an indirect bribe for land allocations.
CBI has filed charge sheet against Sabita Indra Reddy under IPC sections 120b, 420 and under anti corruption sections 9.12,13, 13(1). It also added names of 13 others in this 5th charge sheet filed in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s illegal assets case.

Dalmia Cements Company A13. Eeswar Cements Company.
