BJP Dattatreya’s Women’s Day Spl Sops

The 2014 Election poll schedule notification has sent all the parties into a tizzy in Andhra Pradesh. The dormant BJP party has started its campaigning in Hyderabad using the ‘Brand Modi’ style - Namo Yatra. Senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya along with a few lady BJP colleagues decided to go on a ride the MMTS ( Multi Modal Transport System) early morning today, that too in the ladies compartment.

With Women’s Day around the corner on March 8th, BJP has started their focus on Women’s issues. Travelling between Kachiguda and Hitech City  in the morning ,he spoke to the women in the train asking about their problems and what would their suggestions be for women safety.  The  passengers were quite amused to see the former Minister of Railways and Urban Development on the train and speaking to the common man and women.His two point agenda was about women’s safety and completing the second phase of the MMTS which under the current Five-Year Plan (2012–17) but is yet to take off since the past six years even though it was sanctioned.
