Adhala Prabhakar drops from RS race

Adhala Prabhakar Reddy, the lone rebel candidate in Rajya Sabha elections has announced that he is dropping from the race as he couldn’t get any assurance from YSR Congress party of its support. He alleges that YSR party has asked him not to withdraw from the elections. It also assures its support, but when the time comes it is not responding now. He claims that still he 20 MLAs are supporting him, but dropping from the race as he couldn’t gather support of around 15-19 MLAs at least. It is to be observed that he is making this statement after meeting CM Kiran Kumar Reddy on yesterday at New Delhi. Although, CM Kiran hits the roads fighting against his party high command, he insists the MLAs to support the candidates handpicked by party high command.
