The swearing in of Venkatram Reddy as Congress MLC has again postponed further with High Court's stay order. TDP's incumbent MLC Narasa Reddy, who was in London, reached the Council Chairman's chamber equipped with the stay order copy.

Chairman of Legislative Council Chakrapani held talks with both TDP's Narasa Reddy and Congress' Venkatram Reddy in his chambers and postponed the swearing in till further orders of the court.
