TDP MLA Suman Rathode, who was arrested by the police in a land encroachment case, was granted bail by the court on yesterday on certain conditions. The 9th Metropolitan Court in Hyderabad, granting bail to her has ordered to pay Rs.25,000 as security deposit. Besides, she was asked to attend the court once in a week and daily at KPHB Police station till next 20days. The court orders her not to leave the city, till the court gives her permission.
