It is Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's 46th birthday today and he seems to be getting wishes from all quarters including from his arch rival, Prime Minister Modi. Modi earlier in the day has wished Rahul on his birthday. This is what he tweeted to him:

"Birthday wishes to the Congress VP, Shri Rahul Gandhi. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life." To this Rahul Gandhi replied, "Thank you @narendramodi ji for your kind wishes!"
