The cremation of TRS policy maker Prof Jayashankar, who passed away Tuesday morning at his house in Hanumakonda, will take place in the afternoon of Wednesday.

The funeral procession will start at 10.30 am from his house and reach Padmakshigutta burial ground in Warangal via Hanumakonda bus stand. On the way, tributes will be paid to the departed Telangana ideologue at the Martyrs’ Memorial by all T supporters.

The body of Prof. Jayashankar has been kept in state at the Ekasila Park to enable his followers and pro-Telangana activists pay their last respects. Several leaders and activists are visiting the park and paying tributes to the deceased T ideologue since yesterday.
