Botsa spells it otherwise

PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana has always been remain a bit different to his party leaders in making public statements. Soon after, the all party meeting concludes at New Delhi, he summoned the media at Hyderabad to tell them that it was a historical decision to set a deadline of 30days for resolving the decades-old Telangana issue.
Then he saw, MP Lagadapati Rajagopal and some others explaining it in favor Unite Andhra, while the Telangana MPs had a sigh of relief for pro-telangana developments. In the mean time, Gade Venkata Reddy hitting at his rivals has stated that he has argued in favor of Unite Andhra and asserted that state is not going to divide anyway, followed by protests from his Telangana counterparts.
Then, Botsa contributing his share to controversy has declared that, whatever Gade Venkata Reddy said in the meeting was his personal opinion and it is no way reflects the party stand on Telangana issue.
By condemning his statement, is he saying that Gade Venkata Reddy has been sent to meeting merely for namesake purpose to distract its rival parties? If so, is he acknowledging the stance given by their second representative Suresh Reddy, who spoke in favor division of the state? How is it possible to consider one’s statement is official and the other’s is unofficial, while both of they are representing the party?
It appears that Botsa either confused over the legitimacy of their representatives or indicating that the Congress party is going to take a decision in favor of Telangana formation.
