Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who is half way to his success in the Assembly elections that will be held within this week, has played his trump card yesterday by making Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Bachchan praise his governance in a meeting held at Vadodra, Gujarat.
While Congress party ropes in its party Chief Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh to campaign for its candidates in Gujarat, Narendra Modi who foresees this election situation has cleverly appointed India’s No.1 actor Amitabh Bachchan as Brand Ambassador for Gujarat state longtime ago. Although, it appears for promoting Tourism in the state, his intentions behind has never revealed to any one. But, he utilized Bachchan family’s charisma in right moment. Modi simply by pulling the strings of his Brand Ambassador Amitabh Bachchan was able to rope in his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Bachchan, who again a very popular figure in the Indian film industry to campaign for him. We need not surprise even if he could manage to bring the whole family of Bachchans for his party campaign.
Aishwarya is all praise to Narendra Modi’s governance. Speaking at a meeting, Aishwarya Bachchan said “Gujarat government stands a role model to the entire country. The pace of the development taking place here in Gujarat attracts the whole world towards it. Certainly, Gujarat stands in first place in all round development among the other states in the country.” At the same time, the unattractive written draft read by Dr.Manmohan Singh in his party campaigning faded away before Aishwarya Bachchan’s presence and her appeal to people of Gujarat state.
