Revolt Against TDP: Nagam Janardhan Reddy

Senior TDP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy who has been suspended from the party for anti-party activities, called upon party MLAs from the Telangana region to revolt against the party leadership and join in the separate statehood agitation. "Set aside the party flag and agenda, and intensify the agitation for a separate Telangana state," he said.

Nagam Janardhan Reddy, who is currently in Adilabad for his 'Telangana Nagaara' public meeting to be held on 13-06-2010, said that the TD MLAs should remember that it is the people who elected them for their promise to achieve a separate state and allying with the TRS in the 2009 elections.
He criticised the TD chief, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, for deliberately creating differences among party cadre in Telangana region. Mr Nagam made it clear that Mr Naidu would be responsible for any unrest in the region as he was provoking party leaders against the pro-Telangana agitation. "We ( Telangana region TD MLAs) had maintained cordial relations so far, but the party sponsored Telangana Ranabheri programme against our Telangana Nagara is causing disputes," he opined.
