Andhra Pradesh government has recently launched a web portal that will enable the common people to file their complaints or make suggestions to the government on any issue. They can also post photographs and documents related to their complaints. But, Aadhar number is mandatory for filing any complaints in this portal.

Once it is accepted, the applicant will receive an SMS message or an e-mail acknowledging the complaint. Then the complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department for immediate action. If, the problem was not resolved in a stipulated period, then automatically it will be forward to higher officials for further action. Applicants can track their complaint status in the same portal using their Aadhar number. People can avail this facility round the clock at www.meekosam.ap.gov.in.
