The chief judge CBI special courts, A Pullaiah posted the CBI's petition seeking permission to conduct narco tests on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijay Sai Reddy to 4 july 2012.
The chief judge, A Pullaiah, who has recently taken the charge, heard pleas of both the parties yesterday. The CBI sought time to present its arguements, upon which, Jagan Mohan Reddy's counsel Ashok Reddy objected to the agency's plea. He contended that the CBI has already taken time twice on the issue and if the court deems it not necessary to be tried in the court, the agency might as well withdraw the petition. But the judge took the CBI plea into consideration and posted the case for hearing on 4 July.
