YSR Congress party has postponed its President Jagan Mohan Reddy’s hunger strike to be held at Guntur from tomorrow. Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, party president of Guntur district speaking to media said “We have decided to postpone our deeksha till the high court gives it verdict on our petition. We have filed a house motion petition today in the high court, but it asked us to approach it through regular court. So, we will file a fresh petition in the high court on Monday appealing it to order the statement government to allow us to conduct deeksha at Guntur. We are quite hopeful that it will positively respond to our petition as we are fighting for the state interests. We will announce the dates of our deeksha soon after the high court announces its verdict.”
