The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday heard the arguements on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's bail petition in the disproportionate assets case. Jagan's counsel, the famous Ram Jethmalani presented his arguements before the court at length. He contended that Jagan Mohan Reddy's arrest by the CBI while he was under court summons was not proper.

The CBI counsels couldn't conclude their arguements today and the court posted the case to Thursday for further arguements. It is well known that Jaganmohan Reddy is the prime accused in disproportionate assets case. He is currently in Chanchalguda jail under judicial custody as a special category prisoner.
