We might have seen political parties celebrating the birthdays or memorizing the death anniversaries of their party leaders and conducting meetings to commemorate party formation days or other important events of their parties. But, YSR Congress party had an odd reason to conduct a meeting. Its Srikakulam wing holds a meeting with its local leaders in the city on the eve of Jagan completing 200 days in jail!

The meeting chaired by its vociferous leader Ambati Rambabu. He blamed Congress party Chief Sonia Gandhi for his party leader Jagan’s arrest. Speaking to the party men he said “Our leader Jagan was put it into jail only because he questioned Sonia Gandhi. She, who couldn’t digest this, has shown him into jail. Even, the courts grant bail to a murderer after six months of his imprisonment, where as Jagan who is innocent was denied bail even after 200 days in jail. But, I am sure he will come out and work for the people as usually.”

If, he and his party men believe that Sonia Gandhi’s hand is in glove for their party leader’s arrest, why didn’t they intimate the same to Supreme Court and get him out from jail? Did he mean that the courts are showing discrimination towards Jagan by refusing bail? Did he mean that the courts are not doing their duties in the case of Jagan? If, so why are they hesitating to approach the higher courts complaining about the injustice made to their party leader Jagan Mohan Reddy?

If they could realize that even Supreme Court has suggested him not to apply for bail until CBI completes investigating of all his cases, they wouldn’t blame anyone for his imprisonment.
