Gali Bail Case: CBI Raids Retd. Judge House

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team probing the 15 crore Gali Janardhan Reddy bail case is conducting raids on the residence of retired judge Chalapathi Rao in Chilakaluripeta of Guntur district. The CBI is questioning his brothers, a document writer and an advocate in this connection.
According to CBI, mining baron Gali Janardhan Rao has fixed a deal for his bail with CBI court judge T Pattabhirama Rao for 10 crore rupees through a rowdy sheeter Yadagiri Rao. The judge granted bail to Gali last month and was paid the agreed amount by close aides of the mining baron. As per CBI's report, Pattabhi's son, retd. judge Chalapathi Rao, rowdy sheeter Yadagiri and two other advocates are involved in this case. Sources say that the CBI is all set to make arrest at any moment from now.
