Congress seems again trying its dirty tricks of twisting the hands of its rivals to garner their support to UPA alliance after elections. Enforcement Directorate has chosen a very apt time to file petition against DMK leaders AS Raja and Kanimozhi in Delhi court in connection with 2G spectrum case. ED officials probably ushered by Congress high command have filed a petition against former Telecom Minister AS Raja, MP Kanimozhi and 15 others in the court on 25th April and the court has summoned all the accused to attend the court on 26th May. Congress high command, which has failed to convince DMK for a pre-poll alliance might be trying to ensure its support to UPA alliance after elections. The timing of filing the petition by ED against DMK leaders hints the same. However, Congress high command trying such tricks, when its current term is ending in a few days would prove fatal for it, opine political analysts.
