A cheating case of Rs 1.87 crore was booked by the Panaji police on Hrithik Roshan's ex wife Susanne Khan. Real estate firm Emgee Properties has accused Susanne of falsely projecting herself as an architect to secure a contract with the company.The complainant alleged that Khan failed to deliver the project within the period stipulated in the contract.

And also that when asked for details about her registration number with the Council ofArchitecture, complainant alleged that Khan avoided giving them the number and finally, on inquiring with the council, the company learnt that she was not registered with it.
