Delhi government lead by Arvind Kejriwal has introduced Jan Lok Pal Bill in Delhi assembly on Monday for debate and approval. While, AAP former leader Prasanth Bhushan and few others described it as a ‘Joke Pal Bill’, Congress and BJP also take a dig at Kejriwal’s government over it.

 

Quite unexpectedly, veteran social activist Anna Hazare comes to Arvind Kejriwal’s rescue today. He welcomed Arvind Kejriwal government introducing Jan Lok Sabha Pal Bill in the assembly. He suggested some changes in the panel members of the Jan Lok Pal Committee. Arvind Kejriwal government has proposed a five members committee comprising Chief Minister, the main opposition leader, Chief Justice of Delhi high court, Speaker and one individual.

 

Anna Hazare suggested there should be total seven members including two social activists. Arvind Kejriwal thanked his mentor Anna Hazare for giving his blessings to his government and for extending his support to the bill. Kejriwal said that his government will implement his suggestions.
