Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is currently in New Delhi. He visited historical Taj Mahal in Agra city yesterday. He is very much amazed with the beauty of the historical monument. While interacting with IIT students in Delhi on Wednesday he gave best compliments to India.
He said “It is one of the countries where you cannot connect the world without connecting India...”
“It is very important to connect the people in India. India has the second highest users of Facebook in the world which presents a good opportunity to develop the economy. But, I came to know that still many people don’t have access to internet in the country. So, there is a great opportunity to develop the economy here. Connecting people in India is one of the most important things we can do for the world. Our mission is to connect everyone in the world. So, connecting everyone in India to the internet is also part of my mission,” said Zuckerberg.
