Jagan’s bail petition adjourns to 4 Jan

The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has adjourned the regular bail petition of Y.S.R.Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy to 4th of next month. It has informed the Kadapa MP that the CBI had told the supreme court that it could complete its investigation within 90 days and the period did not end till now.
Also, the court has advised Jagan that it would be better for him to apply for bail after the end of the 90 days. The court has also asked the investigating agency to submit the status report on the investigation made so far. Jagan, who has been in Chanchalguda jail in the disproportionate assets case, will now have to wait till 4 January to present his arguments before the court.
However, one IAS officer Hariharan, one of the accused in the same case, has appeared before the CBI today. The officers of the investigating agency have got some inputs in the case from the officer.
