The Paradise Makers Build an Empire in Slums for Aaya Sher
Aaya Sher is among the biggest hits of the year, garnering millions of views across languages and dominating Instagram Reels recreations. To bring the vision alive, the makers built a grand slum empire set with the hero portrayed as the emperor of the slums. The excitement around The Paradise has been growing ever since the teaser was released. It received a strong response from audiences and quickly gained massive views online. The teaser created a lot of buzz on social media and increased curiosity about the film. With this growing excitement, The Paradise has become one of the most anticipated films of the year. The recently released song Aaya Sher from The Paradise has impressed audiences with its raw energy and striking visuals. A major reason behind the scale and authenticity of the song lies in the meticulously designed sets created by the film’s art department, which blended grandeur with organic realism. One of the most striking setups is the Hero House (Kaman Set) — a massive structure measuring 60 ft in width, 45 ft in height, and 25 ft in depth, built specifically for the hero’s powerful dip moment. Initially constructed at 30 ft width, the set was later expanded by 15 ft on each side, taking the final width to 60 ft. Around 25 workers worked for nearly 20 days to bring this imposing structure to life, with special aging techniques used to ensure the set blended naturally with the surroundings. Another visually unique element featured in the song is the giant biryani bowl–style structure, designed with a copper finish and aged texture to give it a rustic authenticity. Measuring 10 ft in width, with a 20 ft radius and 6 ft height, the setup was completed within five days by a team of 5–7 members. Adding further scale to the production was the Water Body Village Set, spread across 2.5 acres, featuring 60 fully constructed houses rather than dummy structures. Nearly 50 workers spent 30 days building the village, which was designed to accommodate around 500 people at once. To create the water body, 100 tankers of water were brought in, taking seven days to fill, along with an additional 20 ft × 20 ft pond with 20 ft depth built to store water. The production also constructed a massive dump yard set, measuring 120 ft in length, 50 ft in width, and 30 ft in height. Built by a 25-member team over 30 days, the design aimed to recreate the look of a real dump yard with an organic, lived-in aesthetic. What makes these sets even more remarkable is that they were created without disturbing the natural environment, with the art department carefully integrating the structures into the landscape. Natural textures and aging techniques were extensively used to enhance realism and authenticity. Each setup was meticulously planned to ensure smooth execution and creative precision. The final builds were carried out after securing all necessary approvals. The result is the visually immersive world audiences witnessed in Aaya Sher, giving a glimpse into the grand and gritty universe that The Paradise promises to deliver on the big screen.

Everyone Who Watched Mrithyunjay Is Praising It Highly: Sree Vishnu
The film Mrithyunjay, starring content king Sree Vishnu and directed by Hussain Sha Kiran, is an investigative thriller produced by Sandeep Gunnam and Vinay Chilakapati under the banners of Light Box Media and Picture Perfect Entertainment. Sree Vishnu, who previously delivered a blockbuster hit with Samajavaragamana, once again impressed audiences along with Reba Monica John. Released on March 6, the film is now a runaway blockbuster. In this context, the film unit organized a thrilling blockbuster success meet on Saturday, where the following statements were made: Sree Vishnu said, “Sandeep garu, Pavan garu, and I wanted to collaborate on a film. At that time, Sandeep introduced me to Hussain Sha. Sandeep garu wanted to make a film purely based on content. On set, Ramya garu spent a lot of time looking after all of us. Chinna garu, Sudarshan, Raccha Ravi, Ayyappa Sharma garu, Reba garu, and Baby Ooha all delivered amazing performances. The audience is finding the film very fresh. Sagar garu presented all of us in a new light. Hussain’s writing and twists were excellent. I was even shocked by Kal Bhairav’s score. Because of him, the level of the film went up. He is the real hero of this film. Everyone who has watched it is praising it highly. For those who haven’t seen it yet, watch it immediately. It’s a rare thriller in Telugu, and this is a very good film in that genre. I hope everyone enjoys it, and I wish the film great success.” Hussain Sha Kiran said, “‘Mrithyunjay’ was promoted without songs or comedy scenes. We connected with the audience purely through the content of the film. Seeing the positive reviews on social media after the release made us very happy. I thank the audience for supporting our film. Ramya garu, Vinay garu, and Sandeep garu gave me tremendous support throughout this journey. Baby Ooha performed wonderfully in the film. Raccha Ravi, Sudarshan, and others gave excellent performances. Kaala Bhairava elevated the film with his background score. My sister Manisha received recognition for her set designs. It was a pleasure to have Chinna garu in the film. None of this would have been possible without Sree Vishnu garu. His acceptance of the story brought all of us together. I feel I did not disappoint the trust he placed in me. I also thank my family for standing by me. I hope the audience continues to encourage our film in the same way.” Sandeep Gunnam said, “We received tremendous support from the media for ‘Mrithyunjay’. From day one, the film got a great response. Media reviews and audience word-of-mouth matched perfectly. All the distributors who took the film are happy, and that is a huge success for me. Vinay and I started this journey to make great films together. Without Vinay, this project would not have happened. Hussain used to send every story idea to Sree Vishnu, and that’s how we made ‘Mrityunjay’. We had decided from the beginning to focus purely on the story rather than comedy. Everyone is impressed with Sagar’s visuals and the world created by Manisha. Kaala Bhairava’s score is receiving great responses. Reba delivered a remarkable performance. Sri Vishnu is very passionate; he lives and breathes stories and films. After our two-year journey, the story of ‘Mrityunjay’ was finalized. We felt our product was good, but the audience is calling it exceptional. I thank Sree Vishnu garu for trusting me with this film. We will win the Sunday final match, and from Monday, watch our film in theaters.” Music director Kaala Bhairava said, “‘Mrithyunjay’ is receiving a lot of praise for its score. My team members Harsha Vardhan, Siddharth, Ebenezer Paul, and Vishal Bharadwaj contributed significantly, with Harsha Vardhan doing the most work. I thank the entire team. It was truly a team effort, which is why the output turned out so well. Sree Vishnu’s acting made my job easier. Hussain is like a family member to me, and I want to work with him again and again. Working with Sandeep garu has been a joy. I request the audience to continue supporting the film in the same way.”

S Saraswathi Movie Review
Cast: Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Radhika Sarathkumar, Priyamani, Prakash Raj, Murli Sharma, Rao Ramesh, Nassar Crew: Written by Sai Madhav Burra, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar Cinematography by AM Edwin Sekay Music by S. Thaman Editing by Venkat Rajan Directed by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar Produced by Pooja Sarathkumar, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar After commanding roles in Telugu films like Krack, Naandhi and Veera Simha Reddy, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar now takes center stage in S. Saraswathi. Known for her ability to balance grit with grace, she steps into a character that demands both vulnerability and strength. The film positions her at the heart of a narrative where personal battles intertwine with social currents. But does Saraswathi succeed in capturing this balance? Let’s find out in the review. Plot: Lakshmi (Varalaxmi Sarathkumar) arrives at Vidya Public School to pick up her twelve year old daughter Saraswathi, only to be told there is no record of the child ever studying there. Shocked and desperate, the school principal turns to Police Officer Uma Maheshwara (Rao Ramesh), who begins investigating. His search through the school and even a cremation ground yields nothing, no admission records, no trace of a body. Lakshmi refuses to accept that her daughter is a figment of her imagination. Her anguish grows until she meets Lawyer Ramanujam (Prakash Raj), who believes her story and decides to stand by her. Together, they confront a web of denial and mystery, determined to uncover the truth. The question remains, can they prove Saraswathi’s existence and secure justice or will the child remain lost in shadows? Analysis: Saraswathi sets out to revive the missing‑child thriller format, aiming for emotional depth but faltering in execution. The narrative borrows familiar beats from earlier films but struggles to weave them into compelling situations. Instead of building tension, the story drifts between mismatched ideas: one rooted in suspense, another in trauma, without a strong core to hold them together. What could have been a gripping mystery collapses under unnecessary diversions, including forced romance, uninspired songs and lapses in logic that weaken the eventual reveal. coming to performances, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar shoulders the lead role with maturity, investing sincerity into Lakshmi’s desperation. Priyamani and Kishore add weight in their flashback portions, briefly grounding the drama. Prakash Raj, Nassar, Rao Ramesh, Srikanth Iyengar and Sapthagiri tries to lift the film, but uneven writing and scattered focus keep the performances from resonating. Thaman’s background score attempts to mirror Lakshmi’s emotional journey, shifting from subtle tension to explosive crescendos. But much of it feels familiar, with songs poorly integrated and leaving a sense of deja vu. A.M. Edwin Sakay’s cinematography leans into gritty realism, using tight frames and shadowed spaces to capture the protagonist’s desperation, but the visual language sometimes slips into repetition. Editing by Venkat Raajen proves uneven the first half rushes present moments that needed breathing space, while the second half fails to let trauma settle. The courtroom sequences are cut with urgency completely miscalculating the dramatic weight. The technical team strives for intensity, but the imbalance between writing, visuals and editing keeps the film from achieving the sharpness it aims for. Positivies: Core idea Varalaxmi Sarathkumar’s performance S Thaman Score Negatives: Over‑dramatic, dragged episodes Logical fallacies Uneven editing Repetitive scenes Bottomline: Saraswathi wastes potential with sloppy execution. Rating: 2.5/5 Disclaimer: The views/opinions expressed in this review are personal views/opinions shared by the writer and organisation does not hold a liability to them. Mrithyunjay Movie Review
Cast: Sree Vishnu, Reba Monica John, Raccha Ravi, Sijju Crew: Music by Kaala Bhairava Editing by A. Sreekar Prasad Cinematography by Vidyasagar Chinta Written and Directed by Hussain Sha Kiran Produced by Vinay Chilakapati, Sandeep Gunnam After an entertainer like Vishnu Vinyasam last weekend, Sree Vishnu steps away from his familiar boy-next-door charm and ventures into darker terrain with Mrithyunjay. This crime thriller not only reunites him with Reba Monica John after the successful Samajavaragamana but also reshapes their dynamic, trading playful ease for layered intensity. But does the film succeed in the same way as their earlier collaboration? Let’s find out in the review. Plot: Jay (Sree Vishnu) has an eidetic memory and a chameleon like ability to adapt, changing colors to ensure his targets are achieved in his job at a news agency. He always aspires to become a crime reporter at Swecha News. One day, he comes across the murder of Achyuth (Bala Aditya) and encounters a girl named Anjali. It is in her that he sees a reflection of himself, prompting him to search for clues. With those clues, Jay tries to meet ACP Seetha (Reba), but she never gives him a proper opportunity to prove himself. That’s when the perfect killer Saadhu (Veer Aryan), crosses paths with Jay. What follows is a gripping cat-and-mouse game between them. Analysis: Sree Vishnu steps away from his familiar charm and embraces a darker, restrained intensity. His silence carries weight and his gaze conveys conviction, but the character never fully finds its emotional core or clarity of purpose.. Despite his effort to bring freshness, the portrayal feels incomplete. Reba Monica John’s presence is crucial but her role suffers from a weak character arc that limits emotional impact. She has the potential to balance Vishnu’s stoicism, but the director fails to build the layered dynamic between them, leaving her performance underutilized. Veer Aryan, on the other hand, is strikingly effective and precise as the killer, he delivers one of the film’s strongest turns. The supporting cast, including Sudharshan, Chinna and Racha Ravi, provide adequate contributions, though they remain secondary to the central conflict. Hussain Sha Kiran’s direction shows ambition but struggles with execution. After an average debut, he attempts to reinvent himself through a procedural crime drama, borrowing stylistic cues from Asian thrillers. The idea of truth as liberation is compelling, but the writing lacks the emotional depth needed to make the struggle resonate. Instead of building strong character cores, the narrative often takes convenient detours, softening the impact of its central theme. On the visual front, Kiran crafts a neo-noir mood, balancing cold detachment with fiery obsession. The clash of muted blues and vivid reds mirrors the character's inner turmoil, caught between commitment and desire. This aesthetic choice gives the film a striking identity, though it cannot fully mask the gaps in storytelling. Kaala Bhairava’s score adds an unsettling edge, weaving minimal, haunting notes that build tension without overpowering the narrative. Vidhya Sagar Chinta’s cinematography embraces shadows and stark contrasts, shaping a noir inspired visual language that fits the crime thriller mood. Editing, however, becomes the film’s weakest link. A Sreekar Prasad’s attempt to tighten the narrative leaves several threads unresolved, with transitions that feel abrupt and episodes stitched together in disarray. Positives: Tight runtime Engaging storyline Sree Vishnu’s performance Kaala Bhairava’s score Negatives: Weak Reba–Vishnu episodes Inconsistent editing pattern Few Loose ends in writing Bottomline: Thriller fans may enjoy its tension despite flaws in execution. Rating: 2.75/5 Disclaimer: The views/opinions expressed in this review are personal views/opinions shared by the writer and organisation does not hold a liability to them. Viewers' discretion is advised before reacting to them.
