Ingredients:

Bombay Rava

Sugar

Ghee

Elachi Powder

Roasted Dry Fruits

Milk

 

Method:

First heat the ghee in pan. And once heated – roast the dry fruits till they turn golden brown & keep them aside. Later in the same pan add Bombay Rava and roast them till they turn golden brown (Remember keep frying the rava since they get burnt quickly). Now for a cup of rava we can take 2 cups of milk & 1 cup of water. Once the rava turns golden brown, lower down the flame and add 2 cups of milk slowly along with 1 cup water. See to it that no lumps are formed. Cover with the lid and wait for 5 to 7 minutes. Now we can add sugar to it.( For a cup of rava – add 1 ½ cup of sugar). Cover it with and let it cook for about 5 6 mins. Lastly add ealchi powder. And Finally garnish with roasted dry fruits. Rava Kesari Ready To Be Served.
