High Court issues notices to SVIMS

Hyderabad: Notices have been issued by the High Court of Hyderabad to the revenue secretary of Andhra Pradesh, district collector of Chittoor and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences’ Superintendent and district medical officer who have been directed to counter file on medical negligence allegations. The lamentable conditions that are taking place in the hospital have been taken note of by the division bench of High Court constituting justice Shankar Narayana and chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan after listening to a letter written by M Purshotham Reddy and T Naveen Kumar Reddy who belong to Chittoor district.
