Miscreants attacked Pak Cricketer Wasim Akram

Two unidentified gunmen opened fire on Pakistan star cricketer Wasim Akram on Wednesday at Karachi. They came on a motor bike and fired on his car first. Later, they tried to shoot him when he got down from his car. But fortunately he managed to escape unhurt. It occurred near National Stadium in Karachi. Later, Wasim Akram went to nearby police station and lodged a complaint about the assault. He noted down their bike number and given it to the police.
He said that he has not received any threat messages or any phone calls prior to the attack from anyone. He said “I can’t guess who they were and why did they attacked me.”
