Don’t repay money in call money cases: Chandrababu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s intention behind grandly performing Amaravati foundation stone laying ceremony is to create a strong and good impression for the upcoming capital city. He plans to popularize it even before it stands up. But, the sudden burst of spurious liquor deaths case and the call money racket leaves him shocked and annoyed. He seems very upset and angry with these two issues.

Especially, the call money racket is not only throwing a big challenge for his government but is also tarnishing his party and government reputation as number of names surfacing in this case is somehow connected to his party. Hence, if ignored any further it will make an irreversible damage to TDP and to his government.

Hence, CM Chandrababu Naidu is taking extreme decisions for damage control. He asked the district Collector and Police to deal this issue with firm hand. He also asked the people not to repay their loans taken in this particular call money system. He warned the call money handlers that they will be booked under Nirbhaya case if pressurize the women for repayment of loans. He asked the womenfolk to lodge police complaint if anyone is pressurizing them.
