Paneer Biryani

 

 

 

Ingredients:-

Cooked rice - 3 Cups

Onions - 2 medium size

Garlic finely chopped -2 tsp

Ginger finely chopped - 1 tsp

Paneer cut in cubes - 250 gms

Kasuri Meethi - 1 tsp

Jeera - 1/2 tsp

Milk - 2 tsp

Garam masala - 2 tsp

Oil

Red chilli powder to taste

Salt to taste

Red Food color (Optional)


Method:-

First grind the onions, ginger and garlic to make fine paste. Now take a pan and add some oil, when oil gets hot add jeera, after that add the paste of onions, garlic, ginger and fry till oil separates from the paste. Then add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and fry it. Now add Paneer and fry for few more minutes. Now add milk and add boiled rice, 1/2 spoon food color and stir fry. Once its cooked add kasuri Meethi and take it out into a serving bowl and garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve it with raita.
