Egg Chaat

 

 

 

Ingredients :

4 Eggs

1 Tsp Jaggery

1 Tsp Tamarind Paste

1 Tsp Chat Masala

¾ Tsp Red Chili Powder

¼ Cup Tomato Sauce

2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

3 Green Chilies

2 Onions

Salt to Taste

 

Preparation :

Boil the eggs.

Chop onion, green chilies and eggs.

 In a pan, boil jaggery and tamarind paste with little water.

 Keep stirring till it becomes thick chutney.

 Mix all the Ingredients: and add salt to taste.
