Chicken Angara

 

 

 

Ingredient :

Boneless chicken -500gm

Finely chopped ginger-3tbsp

Finely chopped garlic -2tbsp

Finely chopped onoin -4no

Dry redchilli-15no (sock in water for an hour and make a smooth paste)

Tomato paste-4tbsp

Almond paste-4tbsp

Coriander powder-2tsp

Garam masala-1tsp

salt -as reqd

oil-3tbsp

Finely chopped coriander leaves

 

Preparation :

Heat oil in pan and saute onion,ginger and garlic untill golden brown. Add coriander powder and garam masala. Add tomato paste ,saute well. Add chilli paste and cook well,add almond paste ,saute 3 minuts. Add chicken pieces and salt,cook till done. Garnish with copped coriander leaves and dry chillies
