A Hyderabad court on Friday issued a non bailable warrant against Vijay Mallya and five other executives.The warrant was issued after a cheque bounce complaint was filed by infrastructure company GMR. Kingfisher, which owes 10 crore rupees to GMR, gave a cheque to the latter that has bounced. Kingfisher, which was till last year the No 2 airline, is down to the last slot in market share and has not posted profits since its launch in May 2005.
