T-Note likely to delay

According to latest reports, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde may not be able to submit T-note in the cabinet meeting to be held on Wednesday evening. It was reported that Shinde has suggested some corrections to the draft of the note. It was reported that Shinde would like to finalize the draft only after going through Antony Committee report. But, the report may be delayed as Antony is now sick. So, T-note is likely to be delayed for a week or two.

However, the actual reason might be the AP NGOs announcement to continue their strike until October 15th. Congress high command might be planning to push the T-note forward only after NGOs’ discontinue their strike. The Seemandhra ministers also split into groups as pro-Kiran and pro-high command groups. Once the NGOs end their strike, then it will be easy for high command to control its leaders. So, delay in T-Note submission into cabinet may inevitable.
