Temporary capital for AP: Chandrababu

During the recent cabinet meeting held by CM Chandrababu Naidu, he asked his ministerial colleagues not to speak about Capital before media and people as it may further complicate the issue. However, he reiterated that the capital should be accessible to all the districts and should be in the Centre of the state, which in other words is between Vijayawada and Guntur cities. But, due to this bush beating process by the government, the state has witnessed a massive rally in Kurnool city yesterday demanding for the capital that clearly hints a fresh agitation for Rayalaseema separate state.

Whether, it awakes the state government or not, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has come up with a fresh proposal developing a temporary capital for the state, until a full-fledged world class capital is built. He proposed this idea to capital advisory committee members, who met him today at his office in Hyderabad.

Certainly it is a good idea to rule the state from within rather than sitting in remote Hyderabad, whether the committee encourages him or not. But, the million dollar question is can the government able to implement even this idea or sit on it for few more months. However, one thing is clear that if the government prolongs this issue any further complications also keep growing.
