Telangana state's IT Minister K T Rama Rao is the man of the moment. The way his name splashed on the Times Most Desirable Men 2015 list has stunned everyone. Because he has beaten many youngsters like Akhil Akkineni and Sharwanand to stand on the top.

No doubt, KTR has become an icon in Hyderabad for his ways and methods in making IT industry flourish. He has invited the likes of Ratan Tata to inaugurate the Startup Hub in Telangana and carved a name for himself. Ever since he steered TRS to victory in GHMC polls and then became Municipal minister, he has become more close to people directly. His presence on twitter is another interesting aspect.
