Union Minister Jairam Ramesh said, “Some political parties in the state are talking rubbish about GoM and the bifurcation process. We are well aware what we are doing and how to take forward the process. Telangana bill may reach state Assembly on December 9th. President will forward the bill to state Assembly soon after he returns from West Bengal tour on Sunday. Assembly has to return the bill in stipulated time given to it by the President. Assembly may have to take-up the T-bill first”
