TDP to get only one Union Minister post

 

NDA alliance partner TDP will get only one Union Minister post in Narendra Modi’s cabinet. TDP president Chandrababu also confirmed this report to his MPs today morning. Actually, so far it was reported that Modi has proposed one Cabinet two Minister of state posts to each five MPs of his NDA alliance partners. Since, TDP has 17 MPs it expects three union minister posts to it. However, during the last round of talks held between Modi, BJP leaders and Chandrababu Naidu on yesterday night, Modi told them that he wants to form a small cabinet with 20 ministers. So, he offered only one Union minister post to TDP. So, now Chandrababu has to choose one from two senior leaders Ashok Gajapati Raju and Sujana Chowdary. According to latest information, Chandrababu opts for Ashok Gajapati Raju as he is the senior most leaders in the party.
