House proceedings disrupts in state Assembly

As predicted the proceedings in State Assembly and Legislative Council are being disrupted by the Seemandhra TDP, Congress and YCP members. The all adopt the same procedures to disrupt the house proceedings that they are used to do earlier.

Legislative Council Chairman Chakrapani has told the TDP and Congress members that it is not fair to argue taking two different stands by one party. He suggested them that every party should have only one policy regarding bifurcation. He said all the suggestions given by the members of the house will be noted down and will be sent to President Pranab Mukharji. However, Congress and TDP members are glued to two different stands in both houses.

YSR Congress members are insisting that members of both the houses should be allowed to pass a resolution demanding the Centre to keep the state united. Overall, proceedings in both houses are being disrupted. It appears that the T-bill may be returned to President without any debate.
