Sun Exposure for Longer Life

A new health research revealed that people who don't avoid sun exposure in their daily life have a higher chance of living longer than those who avoid sun exposure due to various reasons such as getting tanned, getting dizzy, also due to climatic conditions in their geographic region. Although over exposure to sun has been related to skin cancer. Analytical information on over 29,000 Women belonging to Sweden who were observed for 20years reveals that the more the sun exposure, the lesser the heart disease issues, and also the longer the life expenctancy in women. It was also said that those with non-sun exposure had the same risk as Smokers with higher Sun exposure habits, meaning, avoiding Sun is as dangerous as smoking ! There is a thin difference between Over exposure and Required levels of Sun exposure.

 

The study was initially designed to analyze the rate of melanoma, a type of skin cancer that is caused to due to over exposure to sun..but as the study started, it was observed that women who sun bathed daily had lower risk of cardiovascular heart disease and also deaths among them were not due to cancers...however, as they live longer their risk of skin cancer would also continue until the end. All this explains that Vitamin D is so valuable for life...the percentage of Vitamin D deficiency in ones body is the rate at which the body is targeted with numerous health problems.

 

 

Lower levels of Vitamin D3 play a major role in the development of various killing degenerative diseases.
