MLA slapping cops is minor incident?Karnataka CM

Karnataka  CM  Siddharamaiah on Friday gave a statement that attack on the constables by his MLA Vijayanand Kashappanver is a very minor incident and he also supported his statement by saying we are far better than BJP MLA’s who watch porn in assembly .The Chief Minister is a state head whose duty is to protect Government Employees (Police cops) and what authority does  the MLA have to slap a police. May be the Chief minister of Karnataka thinks that if the opposition behave like thugs, the ruling gang can behave as Goondas .
