In wake of Law Minister Ashwini Kumar and Railways Minister PK Bansal’s resignations, Prime Minister Dr.Manomohan Singh has recommended President Pranab Mukharji to allocate Law Ministry to Kapil Sibal, who is holding now Telecom Ministry and Railways to C P Joshi Minister for Road and Transport. They will be in-charge of these portfolios in addition their present portfolios.

This decision by Congress high command very much disappoints Congress leaders like Kavuri, who has been long waiting for a central minister post in Dr.Manomohan Singh’s cabinet. Since this may be the last chance to grab Central Minister post, Kavuri may again start his drama.
