Hyderabad: On Tuesday, public interest litigation has been admitted by the High Court of Hyderabad daring Tirumala Tirupati Devanstanams’ action for not depositing the endowment administration fund’s under assessed contribution. Notices were issued to both the governments and to Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam and they were asked by a division bench of the High Court constituting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice A Shankar Narayana to file a written statement confirmed by affirmation.
