President Pranab Mukharji has referred Telangana bill to Law Ministry seeking its suggestions over some issues before leaving for two-day-South Africa tour to attend the funeral ceremony of former South Africa president Nelson Mandela. If, there is any further delay at President’s office, the bill may not reach before end of the Parliament winter sessions.
